I would try and build a business around building underground bunkers for people. I believe the world would panic and there would be a rush to have an underground bunker that could provide possible shelter and survival of the initial blast. In the event that the asteroid happened to miss the Earth, or if somehow the world made it miss, then I would be a rich man.
